Plating Center

Printing

• Printing on plastic, paper, etc. and produce hot-melt adhesive, cold seal adhesive and PVDC coating.

Laminating

• Multi-purpose double die co-extrusion line, equipped with advanced auto-extrusion die and high precision self-testing unit.
• Thickness tolerance of extruded film is controlled within 2% with the output for single die reaching 250kg/hr.
• The line is specially fit for producing multiple-layer film with special demands such as high barrier and high strength.
• The film is widely used for toothpaste, cosmetics, medicine and foodstuffs.
  MAF-SPA laminators are solvent-less, and are specially fit for laminating production requiring lower solvent residue.

Slitting and Pouch making

• Japanese, high-speed, three-side seal, middle-seal, bottom-seal pouch-making machines.
• Wide varieties and styles of pouches: standing pouch and zipper pouch.
• The machinery also has double sending ability to produce super length pouches.
• Japanese LNC-130A slitter great advantage for slitting polyethylene material.
